Testing Perspective has been the center of my web presence in the software testing world for 8 years. That’s a pretty long time. Well, that’s the longest amongst my professional associations with a professional entity.

Eight years is a long time. The world has changed. As a professional, I have gone through a lot of changes myself. From being a core performance tester when I started Testing Perspective, I moved to the security testing world, white box testing, API testing, designing generic test automation frameworks and fuzzing. Then I started exploring web performance testing (again), web application automation, web services automation. Also, Python and Java programming became a big part of who I am along with exploring design patterns and architecture.

I started teaching along the way starting from 2-3 hours classes to 6-7 day programmes in multiple areas. I set up Talent Reboot as a company focusing on the same. I became a researcher for School of Applied Learning in Testing, an author for ISTQB Foundations as a Working party member, a co-creator for the Certified Mobile App Professional certification family.

I became a consultant and then set-up Test Mile, a company which now boasts as the only company in India where every tester is a programmer. With its employee strength close to 30, I’m sure that it would continue to amaze its clients with the quality of work they never anticipated.

Also, in the past I tried to win wars that don’t make sense at all to me today. I need to find a new path of writing that caters to who I am today. I also created some sub-standard content. This content needs to go away or get revised.

And then there are other ideas. In the past 3 years, I have been juggling with 7-8 ideas about productising various aspects of software testing by building Freemium SaaS apps for the same.

Understandably, although Testing Perspective was more of my blog, readers came to the website expecting testing-only articles given the name. For example, whenever I wrote about Python, I lost some readers. I have juggled through a feeling of empathy for my readers/followers and frustration as an author.

All of the above has led me to this move. Testing Perspective is EOLed. This website is my new e-home. The blog content from Testing Perspective has been fully ported. There are some linking issues for images and videos that I am going to resolve soon. I am in the process of looking at all my work done in the past years, which I never consolidated. I plan to integrate that with this website. A lot of work to do; so concluding this post.

Have a great day!
